If you’re not used to commissioning an architectural project it can seem a daunting prospect.

We can help guide you through the process.

Just select the links below for details of the various stages of a building project.

Armed with survey drawings and the clients brief the Architect can develop feasibility proposals.

When thinking about your brief, try to focus on what you need, as opposed to how you think it might be done.

Try not to be constrained by your existing property - evaluate what you have, and what you need.

For example, your brief may be: ‘we have a 3-bed house with small kitchen and 2 reception rooms. We need a 4-bed house with 1 en-suite, large kitchen / living room & a separate reception room’

The Architect can then investigate the best options for your property.
